First, the cone crusher frequently passes iron and causes the bevel gear to fail

Second, the cone bevel gear clearance is too large or too small
When the large and small bevel gears of the cone crusher are not affected by external shocks, they can start from the component itself to make judgments and find out why. For example, during the installation process, the gear gap adjustment is too large and too small, and the tooth will be generated during the operation. Installation is the forefront step of a smooth operation. Be sure to make sure that the gear clearance is within the appropriate range.
