Causes of heating of vibrating screen bearings

　　During the test run or operation of the vibrating screen, the bearing temperature should be kept between 35 and 60 °C. If it is higher than 60 °C, it needs to be cooled down. The main reasons for the bearing heating are the following three:

1. The radial clearance of the vibrating screen bearing is too small.

　　The radial clearance of the vibrating screen bearing is too small, the load carried by the bearing is too large, and the frequency is high, so the bearing will heat up. In this case, a large clearance is required, or the outer ring of the bearing is ground to a large clearance.

　　2. The bearing gland is pressed too tightly

　　The gland of the vibrating screen cannot be pressed too tightly, and it needs to have a certain gap with the outer ring of the bearing, so as to maintain normal heat dissipation and certain axial movement. Therefore, if the * of the bearing gland is too tight, adjust the gasket between the end cover and the bearing seat to a suitable clearance

　　3. The amount of bearing oil is inappropriate and the oil quality is problematic

　　In addition to ensuring the normal operation of the vibrating screen bearing, the lubrication system also has the function of sealing and preventing the intrusion of foreign objects, and can also eliminate friction and prevent the bearing from heating up too much. Therefore, if the bearing grease is too much or too little, the oil quality problem may also cause the bearing to heat up.
