How long does it take for the sand making machine to pass through the running-in of the parts of the sand making machine and the raw materials during the operation? How to spend the break-in period?

　　1. Pay attention to check the level of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and oil (water), and pay attention to check the sealing of the whole machine;

　　2. Keep the machine clean, adjust and tighten the loose parts in time to prevent loosening and aggravate the wear of the parts or lead to the loss of the parts;

　　3. When the grinding cycle is s*ped, the machine should be forced to be maintained, inspected and adjusted properly, and at the same time pay attention to changing the oil.

　　4. Pay attention to the workload of the sand making machine during grinding. In general, the work load during grinding should not exceed 80% of the rated work load, and appropriate work load should be arranged to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of sand making equipment and machines.
