The impact crusher has a large crushing ratio and good particle shape. It is widely used in sand and gravel aggregate production lines. During the operation of the impact crusher, these details need special attention.

1. No-load start

The impact crusher should be started under no-load condition, otherwise the load of the motor will increase, causing excessive starting current and even burning the motor.

2. Pay attention to check the running part

When the impact crusher is operated for the * time after installation or the impact plate is adjusted, the running part should be checked for stuck or collision. Only after the inspection is normal can it be started. The impact plate cannot be adjusted during operation to avoid equipment accidents.

3. The feeding amount should be uniform

The feeding should be as uniform and continuous as possible, otherwise it will accelerate the local wear of the plate hammer and the impact crusher, and also reduce the production efficiency. At the same time, uniform feeding can also avoid excessive load changes of the plate hammer during rotation, which will cause unbalanced vibration of the impact crusher.

4. Pay attention to the temperature rise of the rotor main bearing

When the impact crusher is running, pay attention to observe the temperature rise of the rotor main bearing. If the temperature rise exceeds the specified value, it should be s*ped and checked quickly.

V. Repair and replace worn parts in time

For worn parts, especially impact plates, plate hammers, etc., the main wear-resistant parts that directly contact the materials should be repaired or replaced in time.
